  Description
This new 4-hour seminar was developed by Vincent Dowling, MAI. This program will help the attendee gain insight into meeting the tests of reasonableness, supporting an opinion and improving the communication of an appraisal. The Sales Comparison Approach is used in many valuation assignments and it is most relevant for mixed use properties that are owner-occupied. This program will briefly address aspects of the appraisal process but focus on the application of a comparison process.
