Appraisal regulatory modernization, proficiency issues for appraisers, appraiser shortage, appraisal waivers, international valuation issues, professional development and valuation education, state continuing education requirements, and review appraisals and designations. He will also discuss legislative issues including Dodd-Frank reform, Financial Choice Act, Commercial Real Estate Loans Act and threshold levels, and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac concerns and initiatives.
In a question and answer period, discussion will include market trends, and response to the economic and valuation impacts and challenges in Year 2017 and beyond.

The Chapter reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the seminar at any time. In this unlikely occurrence, all seminar fees will be refunded. All other costs are the registrant’s responsibility.
