  Description
This seminar was developed by Patricia Staebler, SRA. Participants will learn why insurance appraisals are important to condominium associations and other clients, such as commercial property. Several different values are playing a role in an insurance appraisal and they will be addressed. Furthermore, insurance terms and policies will be discussed. USPAP compliance and construction knowledge are a must in insurance appraisals. We will walk participants through the contents of a properly prepared insurance appraisal report, from limiting conditions to reconciliation of values. Participants will learn how to perform a commercial valuation on the Core Logic valuation platform.
