Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations can be emailed to lisa@norcal-ai.org. We reserve the right to substitute instructors, change facilities, to cancel or modify this program if sufficient registrations are not received by June 29 or due to other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of cancellation, tuition fees will be refunded. All other costs incurred are the registrant’s responsibility.

Symposium Materials and Hours
On-site distribution of symposium materials and continental breakfast will begin at 8:00am on Friday, August 3. The symposium will run from 8:30am – 4:30pm. Beverages will be available throughout the day; lunch is also included.

Required Equipment
Bring paper and pen/pencil for taking notes. Calculators and tablets/notebook computers are not required; electrical outlets are extremely limited and may not be available for all attendees.

Education Credit Hours
Full (100%) attendance is required for education credit; partial credit not available.

Appraisal Institute: Full attendance (100%) enables Designated Members and Practicing Affiliates to receive 7-hours (35 points) of continuing education credit.

BREA Continuing: An application for 7-hours of BREA CEC for licensed/certified appraisers seeking renewal credit is being submitted; must meet the 100% attendance requirement.

SBE: An application for 7-hours of SBE training credit is being submitted.
