Rezoning; defining Master Developer Designation and Urban Renewal Designation. Mr. Kent will present case studies on current projects: New Village –Patchogue, The Shipyard-Port Jefferson and RONK HUB- Ronkonkoma Train Station, and 75 E. Hoffman – Lindenhurst. A question and answer period will include opportunities and challenges for appraisers and bankers.
