  Description  
This 4 hour course will focus on the key points appraisers need to be aware of for compliance with FIRREA and The Interagency Guidelines for Appraisals and Evaluations when performing appraisals for
federally related transactions.

Attendees will gain a better knowledge of the institution's valuation
program, policies and procedures, as well as a better understanding of the minimum requirements expected for compliance with these guidelines.

Furthermore, the attendees will be made aware of the liabilities of the institution when these guidelines are not met, and why meeting these guidelines is so important.
