This NEW seminar goes beyond methodology to explore how to measure a property rights adjustment, the theory underlying the use of a leasehold yield rate (YLH) to value the leasehold, as well as the application of a property rights adjustment in all three approaches to value.

The Chapter reserves the right to cancel, limit, or reschedule the seminar and to change faculty assignments and facility location at any time; therefore, prospective students should confirm their registration prior to making any non-refundable airline reservations. The Appraisal Institute, Nevada Chapter is not responsible for students’ non-refundable airline reservations or other travel costs.

There are NO transfers; you must cancel out of the seminar.

Seminar materials will be distributed at seminar registration. Materials will not be shipped directly to the students. During the registration process, if you selected the option to receive the course material via download, please be reminded to load the materials on a laptop or tablet and bring the laptop or tablet to class with you.

The How Tenants Create or Destroy Value: Leasehold Valuation and its Impact on Value seminar is approved by the Nevada Commission of Appraisers for seven (7) hours of continuing education credit, Approval number, CE.0009195-A.

Certificates of attendance will be sent by the Appraisal Institute national office within 5-7 business days.

The Appraisal Institute enforces attendance requirements mandated by state licensing and certification regulatory agencies. The Appraisal Institute issues certificates for state certification/licensing or state continuing education credit that verify successful completion and attendance of 100% with your grade notification letter for courses, or at the conclusion of seminars. One hundred percent (100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualifications Board minimum criteria requirements.
