The Alabama Chapter of the Appraisal Institute invites you to join us for the 2nd Annual Valuation Symposium in Birmingham, Alabama. This all-day event will feature presentations from nationally recognized economists, developers and appraisers. Sessions will focus on the Global Economy, Economic Development in Alabama and the Valuation Profession.
Topics of discussion include:

The Alabama Chapter reserves the right to change/cancel any class due to extraneous circumstances. The Appraisal Institute enforces attendance requirements mandated by state licensing and certification regulatory agencies. One hundred percent (100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualification Board minimum criteria requirements. You must not miss any of the course offering and you must give the instructor full attention. No cell phones, text messaging, returning calls, using computers and reading other non-related materials in class. You must be on time at beginning and returning from breaks and lunch.
Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for cancellations must be received in writing by the chapter by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Confirmed students should not assume that cancellation has been granted until a confirmation has been received.
Program materials will be picked up at the site.
Consider coming the day before April 25th and taking the new Appraisal Institute seminar "Advanced Land Valuation: Sound Solutions to Perplexing Problems" taught by Stephen Roach, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS
