This seminar is to aid appraisers in understanding what it takes to use drones for aerial inspection. Topics covered include what it takes to use drones in practice to adoption in an appraisal report. Also discussed are the crossover industries involved in real estate that can use the data that an appraiser can obtain. Attendees will explore those uses along with how to obtain valuable information from the site to use in a report.
Drone operations can be expensive. The most identified reason for business failure is not having a plan. Efficiency is key to being able to adopt this into practice.
The seminar has been developed with the website so that appraisers will have the educational materials necessary after completion to be able to adopt this technology into practice. Along with the website, a downloadable 50 plus page workbook will be available through pdf download to each attendee. The workbook is the PowerPoint in word format with interactive links embedded educational links and resources. Client’s don’t pay you to fly a drone, they pay you for the data you obtain. With the adoption of new technology into appraisal practice, this class is unique because it is the only one available that contains a full body of information in drone technology.
