Conference Materials and Hours
On-site distribution of the conference materials and continental breakfast will begin at 8:30a.m. on Thursday, May 9. The conference will run from 8:45a.m. - 4:45p.m. The day will conclude with a complimentary networking reception.

What to Bring

Education Credit Hours
Full (100%) attendance is required for education credit; partial credit not available.

Appraisal Institute: Full (100%) attendance enables Designated Members, Candidates for Designation and Affiliates to receive 6-hours (30 points) of AI continuing education credit. Partial credit is not available.

BREA Continuing: An application is being submitted for 6-hours of BREA CEC for licensed / certified appraisers seeking renewal credit. Full (100%) attendance is required.

State Board of Equalization (SBE): An application for 6-hours of SBE CEC has been submitted for certified property tax appraisers. Full (100%) attendance is required.

MCLE (California Bar): An application for 6-hours of MCLE is being submitted for those seeking California State Bar continuing education credit. Note: Approval may not be granted until post conference; as MCLE now requires submission of all presenter materials prior to granting approval.

Allied Organizations: IRWA, ASA and ASFMRA typically offer reciprocal credit for approved AI offerings; check with your organization for confirmation.

Attendance Verification Forms
All requests for continuing education credit must be turned in at the conclusion of the conference. Attendees should allow a minimum of 15 working days for receipt of attendance verification forms.
