D.J. Harrell is an Assistant Director in the Planning and Development of the City of Fort Worth. D.J.’s primary responsibilities include staffing the City of Fort Worth CFA office, Transportation Impact Fee Program, and Project Facilitation. The role of the CFA office is to manage contracts between the city and Developers when construction of public infrastructure is funded entirely or in part by a private developers.
