PROGRAM MATERIAL POLICY
Program material will be distributed to students upon check-in on November 14, 2019.
Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. The maximum enrollment is 100 students.
The Appraisal Institute issues certificates for state certification/licensing or state continuing education credit that verify attendance of 100%. Note: 100% attendance includes the 1 hour lunch session.
If Appraisal Institute attendance records indicate attendance of less than 100%, the student certificate will reflect this and state agencies may refuse to award credit.

The certificate of attendance will be given to students at the end of the instructional day.
We reserve the right to substitute moderators and speakers due to circumstances beyond our control.
The Nevada Chapter reserves the right to cancel, limit or reschedule an offering and to change faculty assignments and facility location at any time; therefore, prospective students should confirm their registration prior to making any non-refundable travel arrangements.
This Educational Program was developed and organized by the Appraisal Institute Chapter offering the Program with the intent of addressing topic(s) of current local interest solely for educational and informational purposes. The Appraisal Institute national organization was not involved in developing or organizing the Program.
The content of this Program, including but not limited to any written materials and presenter comments, do not represent the viewpoint of the Appraisal Institute (defined as including but not limited to, the national organization, its Regions, Chapters, members and staff) unless formally adopted by the national Board of Directors.
