As a follow up to the presentation, there will be a panel discussion.

The panel will consist of two attorneys accompanied by two appraisers collectively representing the condemnor and condemnee, and their approaches to compensability, along with a moderator. The attorneys on the panel will specifically focus on the case law and legal theories surrounding compensability and how to best represent their clients when these issues present themselves in the course of a case. The appraisers will discuss the factors that go into valuation method(s), and their appropriateness, that may be employed in a real estate valuation assignment.
