  Description  
This 3-hour chapter-developed workshop focuses on the specific issues and trends that are currently affecting the North Bay real estate market. The first segment will feature three commercial real estate brokers from the North Bay who will share their thoughts on the local office, retail, and industrial sectors. The second workshop segment will include two local builders and an architect/attorney who are all very involved in the rebuilding efforts of the fire affected areas of Sonoma County. The third segment will include residential real estate agents who will provide an update on market trends in the residential markets of Sonoma County.

Program Materials and Hours
Onsite check-in and distribution of workshop materials will begin at 1:45pm on Thursday, September 5. The workshop will run from 2:00pm - 5:00pm and will be immediately followed by the North Bay Branch Chapter Networking Social.

Education Credit Hours and Attendance Verifications
Full (100%) attendance is required for education credit; partial credit is not available.

Appraisal Institute: Full attendance enables Designated Members, Candidates, and Affiliates to receive 15 points toward Appraisal Institute continuing education credit.

BREA Continuing: An application for 3-hours of BREA continuing education credit for licensed/certified appraisers seeking renewal credit has been submitted. Full attendance (100%) is required.

SBE Training Credit: An application for 3-hours of SBE training credit has been submitted. Full attendance (100%) is required.

ASFMRA, IRWA and ASA Credit: Typically these organizations offer reciprocal credit for Appraisal Institute approved offerings; check with these organizations directly to confirm before registering.
