This course will present an overview of the 122-acre Ford Redevelopment in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The particular focus will be on community involvement in the planning process, land planning considerations
and development approach.
- Project Overview including existing zoning review.
- Community Approach/Outreach by Developer.
- Vertical Development and Infrastructure Plan.
- Affordable housing strategy and tools.
- Sustainability and project considerations.

Enrollment Cancellation Policy:
If a student wishes to cancel enrollment, a cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via firstname.lastname@example.org. A confirmation of the cancellation will be e-mailed to the student once it is processed by the Chapter office. See course details regarding cancellation fees. This confirmation will serve as your receipt.
The North Star Chapter reserves the rights to cancel, limit, or reschedule this event if the minimum enrollment level is not reached, and to change faculty assignments and facility locations at any time. Prospective students should confirm their registration with the Chapter office before making any nonrefundable airline reservations.

Program materials will be picked up at the site.
Upon completion of registration, you will receive an enrollment confirmation/receipt via e-mail. Look out for the e-mail and save it for future reference via a print out or save to your smartphone.
Note: A program syllabus will be provided to all registrants. There are no other course materials necessary to attend.

Temperatures in class rooms vary, please dress accordingly.
To receive credit, 100% attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. Students should not be late or leave early; if they are late or leave early, they will not receive credit. The Minnesota Commerce Department requires 100% attendance of the classroom time. Partial credit is not awarded.

CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE (5-7 Business Days): The North Star Chapter main office will e-mail certificates of attendance to the students and will submit State continuing education credit within 5-7 business days.
