Osceola, Orange, Polk, and Lake counties. With twenty-five years of experience in this area and over thirty years in this field my experience includes cases in eminent domain, mortgage financing, estate planning, tax appeal, and development support for numerous local, national and international clients.

Secondary Market Area
Depending on contractual arrangements, I have experience in appraisal and consulting in most counties in the State of Florida, as well as the southeast U.S. including North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi and Alabama.

Previous international consulting assignments include Cuba and Russia. I am currently available for consulting work in the People's Republic of China.
