Primary Market Area
On the commercial side, we are familiar with the following counties: Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Lee and Collier. For residential we list three counties as home counties: Sarasota; Charlotte; and Manatee.

Secondary Market Area
On the commercial side we also work in DeSoto and Hardee, and have worked in Highlands, Dade, Duval, Pasco, Monroe and others. For residential, we also work in Lee and Collier quite often, and find ourselves in Pinellas and Hillsborough on occasion.

Primary Practice Focus
Our main thrust on the commercial side is to continue the general commercial practice, a mixture of eminent domain, lender work, and work for public agencies, probably increasing the amount of commercial and residential review work.
