Primary Market Area
My primary market area for real estate appraisals includes all of Mississippi, eastern Arkansas, and western Tennessee. My primary market area for machinery and equipment appraisals includes all of Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Alabama.

Secondary Market Area
On a case by case basis, I will complete real estate appraisals in western Arkansas, eastern Tennessee, Louisiana, and Alabama.

Primary Practice Focus
My real estate practice covers a variety of property types ranging from agricultural land and supporting facilities, industrial, commercial, and special purpose properties.

My machinery and equipment practice also covers a wide variety ranging from FF&E found in restaurants and medical related facilities to specialized machinery and equipment found in industrial plants.
