Primary Market Area
Primary Market area is all of East Tennessee. We cover from Nashville to the Johnson City, Bristol and Kingsport area of Tennessee, as well as Chattanooga market to the south.

Secondary Market Area
The secondary market area that I cover includes Southwest Virginia, Northern Georgia, and parts of Kentucky, North and South Carolina depending on the distance of the property.

Primary Practice Focus
My primary practice focus is in litigation support and tax appeal valuation and consulting. I have taken great pride in assisting clients in the litigation support and tax appeal arenas. I enjoy special assets and going concern appraisals as well. With a larger staff, we can handle portfolio work as well.
