Primary Practice Focus
Mr. Kendall has 35 years real estate analysis, valuation, and consulting experience in nearly every major U.S. market and with all major property types. He is involved in RERC’s appraisal management activities for the firm’s pension fund clients, as well as third party valuation services for a number of the country’s leading pension funds and banks. He is actively involved in a broad range of litigation engagements, including tax appeal, partnership issues, insurance damages claims, and others.

International Experience
Currently and over the past 6 years has reviewed commercial appraisals on real estate assets in Mexico for a major US pension fund.Subsequent to the merger of Exxon and Mobil, Mr. Kendall’s employer was hired to determine the market value of all real estate assets for the combined venture in any countries for which the aggregate value of these assets exceeded US$100 million. Other engagements in Mexico have involved valuing assets of a failed Mexican Bank for a client seeking to acquire the bank, assisting a major US-based insurance company in acquiring a Mexican insurance company, appraisals of several industrial properties along the US-Mexico border, valuation of a timeshare in Puerta Vallarta,
