Suggested Method of Delivery: Designed for the classroom and presented by an on-site approved instructor, which are offered on the national level or by one of the Appraisal Institute chapters across the U.S. This self-paced program format allows the student to complete on their own time within a 30-45 day period. Instructors communicate with students via email. Designed for the web, but presented by a live instructor in real time. Students interact with instructor from their home or office. Like synchronous programs with a live instructor, but tend to cover more trending topics and issues, which may be suitable for a brief delivery time-frame, typically 2-hour sessions.
